"Looks Like What I Ordered, But Just Double-Check"
It looked pretty much like what I ordered, so I don’t have any major complaints. Just a heads-up though, make sure you check the details carefully when it arrives to be sure everything matches what you expected.

"Refund process been a headache"
I returned my order and it’s been such a pain. I’m still waiting for my refund and nobody is replying to my messages. Not great at all.

"Good stock most of the time"
I’ve ordered from lettsoflondon.com a few times now, and the stock has been decent most of the time. The sizes I was looking for were usually available, which is literally not always the case with some other sites I’ve tried.
One item did go out of stock after I’d already added it to my basket, which was a bit annoying, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, the experience was fine and I’d use them again

"Sustainability info felt a bit too vague"
I was looking into their sustainability claims before placing an order, but it felt like they were keeping things surface-level on purpose. There wasn’t much clear info about materials, sourcing, packaging, or what they’re actually doing behind the scenes.
Maybe the details are buried somewhere, but I couldn’t find them without digging, which made me wonder if that’s kind of the point. For a modern brand, I expected way more transparency, and it definitely made me hesitate about buying

"Why was the packaging so complicatedly bad?"
I opened the delivery and just thought, why is this so complicated? The box showed up crushed, and the stuff inside barely looked protected at all. It felt like no care went into packing it, and I’m really not happy with how it arrived.

My delivery did arrive in the end, so there’s that. It was late though, and I kept checking for updates because I wasn’t really sure what was going on. Nothing was damaged or anything, but the timing was kind of frustrating. So yeah, it came, just not exactly reliable.

"I’m not totally sure what went wrong, but..."
I’m not totally sure what went wrong, but the refund took way longer than I expected. The replies I got didn’t really help much, and I felt like I had to keep following up myself to get anywhere. Overall, I’m disappointed with how it was handled

"Felt like there just wasn’t much for me"
I thought I’d have more to choose from, but it kind of felt like everything was geared toward someone else. A lot of the styles looked similar, and none of them really felt like my taste. The site itself was easy enough to use, so that wasn’t the issue, but I ended up feeling a little disappointed because I couldn’t find much that actually stood out to me.

I’m not super familiar with this brand, so I’m kind of reading between the lines a bit. The website looks clean enough and nothing jumped out at me as sketchy, but I’d still want to see more reviews or details before I fully trust it. It doesn’t seem bad at all, I’m just not completely sold yet.

"Personalisation looked poor"
I ordered something personalised and, it just looked like it had been rushed. The letters weren’t lined up properly and the finish was messy in a few spots. For the price, I really expected it to look a lot neater. It didn’t feel like much care had gone into it, so I probably wouldn’t order personalised items from them again.

"Finally, a diary layout that doesn’t overcomplicate things"
I really like the diary layout. It’s simple to follow and doesn’t feel crammed with unnecessary stuff, which is what a lot of diaries seem to do. I can see my week at a glance and jot down what I need without having to fuss around. I’m really happy with it.

"The shipping was just too much for me"
I was going to grab a couple of things, but then the shipping cost I saw and it kind of stopped me right there. For what I was buying, it felt way too high, like almost not worth ordering at all. The site seemed fine and everything, but in the end I left it because the delivery made the total look silly.

"Checkout was such a hassle"
I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept freezing on me, and then my basket randomly changed. Come on now, it really shouldn’t take that long just to pay for something. The whole process was frustrating and not smooth at all, so I ended up giving up

"Pretty much what I expected from the photos"
I kind of figured the color would be close based on the pictures, and when it arrived, it basically confirmed that for me. It’s maybe a tiny bit darker in person, but not enough to bother me. Overall I’m happy with it and feel like the photos represented it well.

"Honestly, what a joke"
I was really not happy with the writing at all. It was confusing, hard to follow, and disappointing. I expected something much better, but reading through it just felt like, what a joke.
